The menu will be mostly modern European with dishes including: sea bass ceviche with lime and chilli; slow roasted and barbecued leg of lamb with caponata; the Riding House burger; chermoula spiced poussin; sticky pork salad with green mango and chilli; fish and chips; and spinach and ricotta cannelloni.
Dishes will be "wholesome and modestly priced".
