About this role

We are looking for a talented and dynamic assistant director with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability in community engagement.
Responsible for:
managing existing projects, developing new projects, and providing management support to the Group including staff, ITC & finance

Person description

You should have:
experience in project management and working with communities, building up strategic partnerships in complex environments and managing successful teams with an interest in regeneration.

WCDG is Waterloo's land planning organisation. Among other projects our main activity is that we have a service level agreement with Lambeth Council and funding from various funders to consult our members and the public on regeneration and planning issues and feed back responses.
