Could Elephant and Castle revamp plans be cut?

There are concerns one of London's biggest regeneration schemes could be significantly cut or even scrapped.

Two years ago the plan for Elephant and Castle was hailed as one of the best examples of how to regenerate an inner city neighbourhood.

Now businesses are worried proposals have been watered down and some environmentally friendly schemes delayed. Southwark Council said regeneration was well under way.
