Is your mother constantly asking you how to access the internet? Does your dad want to talk to friends and family around the world but not sure where to start? Then you need to bring them along to this event.

NHS Choices, the national website for the NHS, is holding an open day in conjunction with Spring Online Week to help the older generation get online and we need your help.

The free event will provide visitors with one-hour face-to-face tutorials on how to get online.

The session will demonstrate how to navigate the internet, how to find health information online and help them set up an email account so they can keep in touch with friends and family.

Refreshments will be provided and all visitors will be entered into a free prize draw to win £50 of M&S vouchers.

No need to sign-up, just turn up. Either send them along directly or come with them and join the fun.

For further information, call NHS Choices on 020 7972 5736.
