Free books for young readers

As part of the Evening Standard campaign to Get London Reading, Foyles bookshop is offering 3,000 free books to children and teen readers over the first weekend of the school summer holidays.

All they need to do is visit one of the five London Foyles stores - including the Royal Festival Hall branch - and ask for their free book.

They can chose one of five age-appropriate titles, hand selected by knowledgeable Foyles staff for 5-7 year olds, 7-12 year olds and 13-16 year olds.

With every free book Foyles will be giving away a loyalty stamp card to encourage them to continue reading. Once the stamp card is filled with ten stamps then they will be eligible for a £5 gift card redeemable instore and online in Foyles.

The free books are:

Foyles is working closely with Volunteer Reading Help, the London Evening Standard's Get London Reading partner, to encourage students from across London to take advantage of this offer.
